The name itself means new — fresh starts, transformation, and becoming who you were always meant to be. What started as a deeply personal vision has grown into something bigger than hair.

Our team is made up of like-minded stylists who show up for each other and for every guest who sits in our chairs. A Hybrid Salon — Growing With Purpose

As NOVA grows, we’re excited to be expanding into a hybrid salon model.

This means our team includes both independent booth-rental stylists and commissioned stylists working together under one culture and standard of care. Some of our artists run their own businesses within NOVA, while others are growing their careers through mentorship and team support — and we intentionally make space for both.

Why? Because we believe great stylists thrive in different ways.

Our commissioned stylists receive hands-on education, guidance, and a clear growth path. Our independent stylists enjoy the freedom of ownership while still being part of a supportive community. Different structures — same heart, same guest experience.

No matter who you sit with, the values stay the same:

Hi, I’m Erin — the heart behind NOVA

I’m a wife to a dedicated police officer, a proud mom to three amazing boys, and a hairstylist who has loved this craft for over 20 years.

What started as a career quickly became a calling — not just to do hair, but to care for people.

Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for creating hair that actually works in real life. I specialize in extensions, low-maintenance color, grey blending, and textured cuts — looks that grow out beautifully and fit naturally into your everyday routine.

But more than techniques or trends, my goal has always been simple:

every person who walks through our doors should feel loved, seen, and heard.

To me, beauty is confidence. Sometimes it’s a transformation, sometimes it’s a conversation, and sometimes it’s just having a place to breathe for a couple hours. Helping people feel beautiful inside and out is truly what I care about most.

My relationship with Jesus is the foundation of my life and the way I lead. His Grace shapes how I serve people, how I build this space, and how I care for every stylist and every client who sits in my chair. NOVA exists not just to create beautiful hair, but to reflect love, kindness, and encouragement in a real and tangible way.

Outside the salon you’ll usually find me with coffee in hand, deep in conversation, or living the wonderfully loud and chaotic life of a boy mom.
